No. Pain-Free is incompatible with subsequent resin bonding due to its non-reactive final surface.  If you're looking for ultimate desensitization before crown cementation, consult the document I wrote on using Parkell's Brush&Bond to accomplish desensitization, crown prep protection and maximization of adhesion with resin cements.
